New House
Needed to make a card for someone moving into a new home. This was made with the Cricut. Cut out the house, grass and clouds with it. Pop dotted the grass, so it stands out a little and stamped congratulations in the cloud. For the lace in the window (supposed to look like curtains!) I used a Martha Stewart lace edge punch and just angled it. Also put white dashes along the outside of the house. Think it turned out kinda cute, but might put some flowers in the grass to finish it off.

Valentine Day
Well Valentine's Day is long over and I am just now posting my cards! This is a pull out type card. Folded in the two side panels, that were cut at an angle and then covered with black/white paper and then put a heart to connect them that I made with the Cricut. The rose I stamped and the HVD verse is a rub on as I don't have any Valentine Day stamps - oh my, how did that happen! Hope that you had a great day with your loved ones!

Vested Birthday
Another 'man' card! Got the idea for this card from another blog - My Ramblings. She had a template with the pieces of the vest and I just printed them off onto designer paper. Had to cut out the vest, shirt and tie by hand. Used tiny brads for the buttons and a gem for the tie tack. The words were computer generated. Inside says: ...in you having a great birthday!

Big Deal
Needed to make a couple of 'man' cards. They are so hard to come up with, especially when most of my stamps are flowers! This one was a free cut that I got from Cricut Craft Room and am not sure what cartridge it is from. I put red Stickles on the stacks of chips and the white poka dot paper is super sparkly - but it does not show up in the picture very well. Inside of card says: . . . because its your birthday!

Brrr...its cold out!
It has gotten cold here, in the single digits, so thought I needed to make a 'cold' card! This was such a simple, cute card to make. The tree was cut on the Cricut with "Stretch your Imagination" cartridge and Brrr was cut with "Craft Room Basics". I used a piece of blue snowflake paper then ripped white paper for the 'snow' and edged it with blue. Hard to see but put Stickles on the snowflakes. Below is inside of card:
The inside was done on the computer and the little coffee cup with once again cut the with Cricut.

Rose Anniveersary
Saw this rose on the internet - sorry don't remember which site (!) - and never would of thought to use the color blue! Thought that it looked so pretty and fresh that I decided to try it. Cut the heart and rose with the Cricut using "Walk in my Garden" and "Craft Room Basic" cartridges. Happy Anniversary is a sticker and the label was cut with Ribbon Banners from Nestabilities. Pink rose paper and music paper is just what I had on hand, how lucky that it all matched! Love how this card turned out and glad that I stepped out of my box and made a blue card!

Three Flower Pots
Have been using my Cricut more frequently, so you will probably be seeing a lot more cards made with just the Cricut. This card was made from Walk in your Garden cartridge. So simple and basic, but so pretty! It turned out to be a thick/heavy card, but just thought that it really made the card to have all the different layers. Used yellow Stickles in the middle of the flowers.
